At OnPoint, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged hijabs cannot be returned.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted if the item is in perfect condition and the requested color/style is available.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was incorrect or defective.
